The hotel is in a good location, close to everything. It is just a short walk to the beachfront and the bustling bar street. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing good service throughout our stay. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, with a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the prices were very reasonable.

All in all, everything was fine.

The room was very clean and the hotel is conveniently located near Karacan Point Center, I didn't want to leave, highly recommend.

The location was ideal, with easy access to the strip and the beach. the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and relatively inexpensive.

The service at the restaurant could be inconsistent, particularly if you were not a regular customer. However, this was not a frequent occurrence during our stay.

The air conditioning was practically non-existent and we had to sleep on the couch one hot night. the rooms were quite dated and could use some renovations to give it a more modern and updated feel.

There seems to be a lack of attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance, with reports of dirty bathroom sinks, stained towels and pillowcases, and old and dirty fridges.
